Willie Obiano, who is the immediate Ex-governor of Anambra State, had been granted bail in Abuja by Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court.
Obiano was by Justice Inyang, restricted to the court’s jurisdiction, while the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was ordered to deposit his travel documents with the court registrar, likewise ordering the registrar to notify the Nigerian Immigration Service of the latest development.
Slyvanus Tahir, SAN, who is the prosecution counsel, beseech the court to remand the former governor as his case is being adjourned till March 4,5,6 and 7 for trial continuation.
