40 percent automatic deductions from internally generated revenues (IGR) of federal universities has been cancelled by the President of Nigeria, his Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The president spoke through the Minister of Education, Tahir Mamman who represented him at the ongoing 75th Founder’s Day ceremony of the University of Ibadan (UI).
The president pledges his commitment to the reform of education sector as the base for national development in his speech as the Visitor to the nation’s premier university.
