Transfer Window: Aston Villa, Chelsea, four other EPL clubs are expected to sell players before June 30

In compliance with the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR), no fewer than six Premier League clubs is expected to sell players by 30, June 2024, which is the date of cut-off point for the financial year across the English top flight.

The transfer window opens for 14, June 2024 and closes 30, June 2024.

Clubs must produce documents as evidence of profit loss of no more than £105m over the last three years.

In accordance with Sky Sports News, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Chelsea, Everton, Aston Villa and Leicester are all under the pressure of losing a key asset or two.

Any club found to have breached the spending regulations is liable to sanctions and points deductions.
