Human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana, says the Court of Appeal judgments sacking Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State and Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State should be reviewed again.
Falana made the appeal in an interview with Channel Television’s Sunday Politics.
According to him, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) failed in its mission to organize elections worthy of its name in the country.
He said the votes of Nigerians should not be annulled by the courts due to the alleged negligence of the election umpire who should have disapproves the candidates put forward by the parties without holding the primary election.
