The Rivers State Government has undertaken a major reshuffle of the management team of the State Legislative Council.
The confidential circular marked A238/VOL.XV(15)/81 dated November 20, 2023 and signed by the Director of the Rivers State Civil Service, Dr. George Nwaeke.
This could be related to the current political crisis in the state, which has led to a split in the state legislature.
Nweke in the circular noted that this development has affected several positions in the state civil service.
