On Saturday December 9, 2023 operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Swings Into action by intercepting 12 consignment of cocaine belonging to members of a Drug Trafficking Organization at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, AIIA.
In the same vein, operatives of NDLEA nabbed a fleeing suspect, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja Lagos on Friday December 8, 2023.
While acting on intelligence NDLEA officers intercepted a pre- wedding party for drug abuse competition in a community known as Shola Quarters in Katsina and arested 25 youths who were involved in the drug party.
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of NDLEA, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd) Commends the officers and men of the AIIA, MMIA, Katsina, Anambra, Kaduna, Kogi, Borno, Ondo and FCT Commands, he urges them and their fellow to remain on the offensive action tempo.
