A magistrate’s court in Yaba, Lagos State, on Monday granted bail to singer Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, popularly known as Sam Larry, for the sum of 20 million Naira with three positions of responsibility.
Naira Marley, Sam Larry and two others were arrested on October 6 and remanded in custody for their alleged involvement in the circumstances surrounding the death of a musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, better known as named Mohbad.
Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ordered the accused to produce their passports and ordered them to report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
