In what convincingly proved to be an unprecedented classical and well scripted
vengeance onslaught on fellow human being, a Beniniose couple resident in Lagos Nigeria, has brutally cut short the bubbling life of a Nigerian casanova, one Ayoola J. Bello of Odolowa Street, Imodi Ijebu Ode Ogun State.
Reliable sources within the Lagos State Police Command have it that the Republic of Benin nationals, one Mr Sunday Sojunu aged 35 years and his wife, Mrs Toyin Sojunu aged 31 years both undocumented residents of Glory Street Adamo Ikorodu Lagos are currently cooling off their heels at the State Criminal Investigation Department Panti Yaba Lagos for ochestrating the abduction and gruesome murder of the victim. The gory criminal scheme was allegedly hatched and executed by the couple with the active connivance of one Dare Sampson of no fixed address in Ikorodu Lagos State.
The story line itself resonates and portends a bizaare chart burster Nollywood horror movie script, better appreciated in the imaginary and melancholic world of creative fiction than actual reality.
Toyin Sojunu, petty trader turned TikTok presenter, had met a man, the deceased online on her regular TikTok show and both became friends and eager to meet physically. On 15th September 2025, pretending to her husband of her journey to Cotonou Benin Republic, Toyin traveled straight to Ijebu-Ode Ogun State on a visit to her TikTok man friend, Ayoola where she spent two days with him at an undisclosed local hotel in Ijebu- ode, Ogun State.
Thereafter, the couple, Sunday and Toyin Sojunu allegedly fell critically ill and they could not find remedy to their unabated ailment said to have been caused by the wife’s infidelity. She later openly confessed to her husband that she cheated on him by sleeping with her TikTok lover, and sought for forgiveness which she thought would alleviate their illness.
The husband thereafter was alleged to have mounted pressure on the wife to lure the deceased down to their house at Ikorodu so he could have his pound of flesh on the man. The deceased finally fell for Toyin’s gimmicks whereupon on the eve of 24th November 2025, he travelled all the way from Ijebu-Ode to Ikorodu Lagos, without premonition of an impending tragedy about to befall him. Before then, the husband was rumoured to have hired one Dare Sampson, 32yrs, a notorious cultist and vicious hired killer who has been on the police wanted list for sometime, to assist him in killing the deceased. They allegedly held the man in captivity and collected N200,000k ransom from his family before they began the real horific job of snuffing life out of the deceased in a gradual pace, by number. The suspects had the whole space to themselves as they themselves lived alone in a yet to be completed snd seemingly abandoned building where the deceased was being held captive and at their mercy.
Having tied his legs and hands backward like a caged monkey, the torture seisson was the prologue to the gory night of the long knife for an impending carcass. They surreptitiously were alleged to have forced the helpless man to some shots of snipper to drink to cool down the torture spree, which he gulped to his instant death. Chemicals were subsequently poured on the corpse to neutralize the body and also to reduce smell. Akin to a slaughtered ram on the slab, the body of the deceased was meticulously butchered, his arms and legs decimated and packed inside sacks separated from the body trunk which were transported by them in a motor bike early morning 25th November 2025 to an isolated Adamo Junction, Ikorodu, Lagos where the deceased body parts were thrown into the river.
Meanwhile advanced investigation techniques were said to have been applied to the case through coordinatrd efforts of Homicide detectives and the Police Forensic Crime Scene Section of State CID Panti recently resuscitated by the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command CP Olohundare Jimoh Moshood on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun. The dexterious infusion and deployment of the Police Motorized Forensic Crime Scene experts into the case by Deputy Commissioner Dayo Akinbisehin in charge of the police department, may have led to the swift recovery of the body trunk of deceased as reliably told, from River Adamo Ikorodu, even weeks after the suspects thought the deceased body was gone for good and evidence destroyed forever. The deceased body is said to have been recovered with the head still intact and deposited at the morgue awaiting Autopsy needed to gain conviction when the three suspects face criminal prosecution soon.
All Efforts to reach out to the Police PRO Lagos State Command on the alleged case failed as she was said to be attending Police PRO’s conference in Abuja.
