The black market of Dollar to Naira exchange rate as of 17th of January, close of business in the Parallel Market (Black Market) was $1 to #1,315 and $1 is sold at #1,325 on Wednesday 17th January 2024, in accordance with Bureau De Change (BDC).
Though, the Apex bank never recognized the parallel market known as black market.
