Dino Melaye, who was a former Senator to the Kogi West, has made it known that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), National Working Committee (NWC), has been invaded by the All Progressives Congress (APC), under the leadership of Umar Damagun, the acting National Chairman.
This disclosure was as a result of the reaction to the just-concluded Edo State governorship election while posting on his official X social media handle.
He wrote: “With the destroyer called Damagun on the wheels, PDP is in the departure lounge waiting for the boarding pass.
“Edo experience will be a joke, there are more APC in the NWC than PDP.”
Asue Ighodalo of PDP, lost the governorship poll to APC candidate in the last Saturday’s election with 247,274 votes to 291,667 votes.
Melaye also remind the PDP founding fathers like Adamu Chiroma, Tony Anenih, Alex Ekwueme, Abubakar Rimi, Solomon Lar and Sunday Awoniyi, says they would be turning in their graves over Damagum’s leadership style.
