Army rejected plans to hold a charity march in Benin

The 4 Brigade of the Nigerian Army in Benin on Saturday rejected a reported plan to organize a three-day 10km charity walk in Benin.

Deputy Director, Army Public Relations, Captain Yemi Sokoya, said information posted online that the Army was planning a march to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association was false.
