Justice Dele Peters of the National Industrial Court, Ibadan Division, has restrained the Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, from sacking the state Chief Judge, Oyebola Ojo.
The order follows an interim order filed in court by Justice Ojo through his lawyer, Oladipo Olasope, SAN, against Governor Adeleke, the State Attorney General and the Commissioner for Judiciary, Judicial Service Commission Osun State and Accountant General of the State.
She urged the court to restrain the respondents or their assistants and representatives from interfering, suppressing, nullifying or terminating the term of service of the applicant as Chief Judge of Osun State.
