Arc-View MD, Others Advocate Agriculture–Real Estate Integration at SparkHubs Launch

The Managing Director of Arc-View Investments Limited, Mr. Abiodun Idowu Okegbenro, has called on Nigerian youths to embrace land as a strategic economic resource, stressing that the integration of agriculture and real estate holds vast potential for enterprise development and sustainable economic growth.

Okegbenro lamented that many young people prioritise ephemeral and flashy investments, ostentatious lifestyles and high-end gadgets with little long-term value, instead of land, which offers enduring wealth creation opportunities and productive economic use.

He made the remarks while speaking on an initiative known as Project A.R.E (Agriculture, Real Estate and Export) — an inclusive economic framework designed to open structured value chains for young people, promote dignity of labour, wealth creation and national productivity.

Project A.R.E is one of the benefits available to users who sign up for free on the newly launched SparkHubs digital platform, unveiled by The Global Clusters, a non-governmental nation-building organisation, in Lagos on Tuesday.

The SparkHubs platform also provides access to free educational resources, life skills development programmes and global business networking opportunities.
Project A.R.E Coordinator, Dr. Seyi Makinde, explained that the initiative integrates the agriculture, real estate and export sectors to build a sustainable, value-driven economic ecosystem.

According to him, the programme offers a secure investment pathway through a structured absentee farming model, where participants can acquire land, engage professional farm managers to cultivate it, and earn steady income from produce sold to international markets.

Also speaking at the event, the President of The Global Clusters, Dr. Adekunle Azeez Badmus, described the launch of SparkHubs and Project A.R.E as more than a technological milestone, calling it “a launch of responsibility, structure, and hope.”

“Every nation that thrives does so because it deliberately prepares its youth — not just for survival, but for service, leadership and relevance. Where such preparation is absent, frustration grows. Where it is intentional, nations advance. This is the gap that The Global Clusters has chosen to confront,” he said.

Dr. Badmus added that The Global Clusters operates as the world’s first nation-building social media platform, designed not for noise, but for mindset reorientation, mentorship, skills acquisition, and the structured deployment of young people into productive economic and civic life.
