The Imo State Police Command wishes to clarify some sketchy reports on the arrest of the Chairman of the Nigeria Labor Congress, Comrade Joe Ajaero, in Owerri. It must be stated that the NLC chairman went to Owerri as part of the Congress’s arrangement to mobilize workers for a massive protest rally in the state.
