Making distinction in your examination is something that has to do with your mastery of the subject matter.

1. Understand the subject matter.
2. Make sure you attend lectures in regards to the subject matter.
3. Study deligently.

5. Observe the lecturer/Teacher in charge of the course

   Understanding of the subject matter can be complex at times, but with you gathering right information in regards the subject matter will go a long way in you understanding what it means.

Find out the meaning of the subject, from the meaning, you can have an idea of what the course entails.

Study the teaching or lecturing pattern of the Lecturer in charge of the course. Through the lecture period, you can predict questions that will be ask in the examination.

6. Be confident and shun fear while in examination hall

Be calm, comport yourself while in examination hall, know this that 90% of the students or candidate you’re writing the examination together are your colleagues or mate, you’re variably in the same category, so you don’t need to seek answer from them by copying them, they might be wrong while what you have in mind is the right answer.

7. Commit yourself to God
   Commiting yourself to God is not being religious, God is the supreme being that created you and gave you everything you have in your being. With the help of God you can scale through that difficult course. Pray to God, follow his ways and you shall succeed in having distinction in your next examination.
