The Sampdoria manager Andrea Pirlo, have been dismissed from club.
This was contained in a statement on Thursday as Serie B club pronounced Andrea Pirlo’s exit.
His sack came following his season starting with one draw and two losses, which left them in the second-bottom of the table.
Pirlo got the job as manager from Sampdoria in June 2023, with the task of guiding the club back to Serie A.
But before then, he had a one-year spell as Juventus manager in 2020-21, after he coached their U-23 team shortly and left for leaving Turin.
He later coached Turkish club Fatih Karagümrük in 2022, and spent a year in charge.
However, they finished seventh in Serie B, before being eliminated by Palermo in the preliminary round of the promotion playoffs.
