Numerous villagers have abscorned, many were killed while some were injured following the attack by suspected herdsmen in Ugbobi community in Apa LGA of Benue State.
News was gathered that many residents have ran away from their homes, leaving the herdsmen raze their houses and steal their properties.
Eric Amodu, who was one of the villagers in the community, explained that the attack has been on for more than two hours without been challenged by any security operatives.
He said, “It’s been 2 hours since this morning attack began and still no security forces has made any effort. Obvious conspiracy.”
