ON Friday, the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has nullified the election of Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf.
This was done in a joint decision by three-member panel of justices, it was stated that Governor Yusuf was not a valid candidate in the governorship election held in Kano State on March 18.
The nearest rival to the Governor and APC candidate, Ganuwa becomes the winner of the election.
