The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, (JAMB), has additionally released 36,540 results from the 2024 UTME.
Dr Fabian Benjamin, the JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, had on Tuesday in an issued statement said that the board withheld some results pending further investigation but has made efforts to publish the results since then.
In the meantime, a false letter was circulated on social media, claiming that the board was contemplating rescheduling the exams because cybercriminals had hacked the results.
JAMB dismissed the letter and explained that the document’s contents did not bear any resemblance to a letter from them.
It reiterated that all 2024 UTME results and previous years’ results remain intact and are not in any cloud storage.
It said it will continue to investigate any examination misconduct using footage captured by CCTV cameras.
