In a recent development, regions in Russia are ignoring new year 2024 celebrations and fireworks, rather the money which ought to be utilized for the celebration will be diverted for war on Ukraine.
It will be recalled that Russian/Ukraine war started in February 20, 2014 which has led many lives and properties in Ukraine wasted.
News Busta NG gathered that Andrey Kravchenko, the mayor of Novorossiysk restrict the New Year fireworks and plans to use the money saved to purchase tools for the Russian military personnel at forefront of the war in Ukraine.
Nalchik and Volzhskoye cities decided not to purchase new decorations this year, rather decorations from last year will be used.
Military allocation has been increased in Russia, in 2024 Russian army will receive a larger percentage of the country’s budget.
